After production of your item please allow 1-3 business days for your order to complete processing. After processing, domestic orders will be shipped via USPS. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times to give you an idea of when your order will be delivered. There are many factors that can cause delays so a longer delivery time is possible. We understand that it can be worrisome not receiving your order in a short time frame but some things are out of our control. To provide you with security and reassurance, if your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, your order will be reshipped. Then if for some reason neither arrives within 60 days (likely due to an address issue), we will provide you with a full store-credit refund.
International shipping policies
After production of your item please allow 1-3 business days for your order to complete processing. After processing, international orders for our custom jewelry and die cut pillows will be shipped from our overseas warehouse. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that if your country charges import tax, you are required to pay for this fee. We are not able to account for these fees and are unable to refund them.
Tracking your order
To track your order, simply enter your order number (provided in your order confirmation email) and the email that you used at checkout.
Additionally, your order will be insured so that if there are any delivery issues including damage to your items or a failed delivery, we will reship your order free of charge.
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require refund. Please note that the personalized items there is a 45% restocking fee.
